Webelos and AOL Scouts, join us for an amazing weekend!
BALOO is the Cub Scout leader training required for any Cub Scout den or pack outdoor event, including pack camping overnighters and Webelos den overnighters. This training is the practical, hands-on component of the two-part BALOO training.
The Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (IOLS) course builds and expands on the concepts and themes introduced in Scoutmaster Position-Specific Training and provides Scouters with the confidence to take youth into the outdoors.
Weekend 1: NYLT offers both classroom-based instruction and hands-on outdoor activities, culminating in a Leadership Challenge that allows participants to showcase their newfound abilities in a practical setting. This program is an exciting opportunity for youth to grow as leaders and prepare for future success in all areas of life.
