It is the vision of Pacifica District to provide the best
Scouting program with trained and supported leaders to as many youth as possible

2007 District Goals

Achieve Centennial Quality District Award

Have 60% of District units earn the Centennial Quality Unit Award

Start 6 new Scout units (Packs, Troops or Crews) in Pacifica District

Achieve 1% growth in registered members

Increase retention of members to 80%

Increase retention of units to 90%

Raise $103,000 to support the Orange County Friends of Scouting Campaign

Recruit 5 new Unit Commissioners

Increase Unit Commissioner visits to units to a minimum of 4 per year

Involve 80 new adults as part of the national parent initiative

Recruit and train an additional 10 District Committee members
